The LH-600F now features a touch screen interface that allows for easy and intuitive operation, allowing users to measure with the press of a button or through touchscreen icons. The rotatable and adjustable display of the LH-600F also allows for use from both front and rear orientations as well. There are new output options including a Digimatic output that allows data to be sent directly to Excel or SPC software, wired or wirelessly, while maintaining USB and RS232C output capabilities.

With a fully automatic maintenance system, Vomat now makes the use of water-miscible MWF even more time- and cost-optimized. The system has a modular design and can be integrated into the respective conditions of each grinding system as required. The heart of the system is the fully automatic mixing and dosing system (MDS) with a tank size of up to 10,000 liters, which constantly regulates the defined ratio of water quantity and coolant concentrate with high precision.

Thanks to significantly reduced friction, this new procedure improves chip removal from the machining zone, while the cutting heat is dissipated even more quickly and effectively through the chips. Temperature increases on the cutting tool and in the workpiece to be machined can be effectively reduced, as can material buildup and galling on the cutting edge. WDS has further expanded its range of continuous hinges, also known as piano hinges. Originally designed for piano lids, these long, continuous hinge designs add stability as well as safety, preventing finger traps in a closing door. The MA230 Advance solid carbide milling cutting is for universal machining of steel, stainless steel, cast iron and high-temperature superalloys (ISO P, M, K and S workpiece groups) at the highest level. SINAMICS G220 is the first drive to join the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, the Siemens-wide business platform for digital transformation. SINAMICS G220 drives are an integral part of the TIA Portal and feature a digital twin in Startdrive, the drives commissioning tool from Siemens. This allows the behavior of the drive to be tested and optimized before the hardware is available. SINAMICS G220 has an integrated web-server for commissioning which eliminates the need to install software or an app on a PC or mobile device. This saves time and makes drive setup very intuitive and extremely user-friendly.

Easy setup is assured with the electronic type plate on the 1FL2 motor and one-button tunning in the S200 drive. The integrated brake resistor and integrated holding brake control add to the functions in the S200 servo-drive. High durability is designed in with the coated circuit boards (3C2) in the S200 and IP65 motors with metal connection solution. Built-in under-voltage protection is further provided.

SINAMICS S210 offers DC link coupling on 3-phase units for increased power efficiency on multi-axis applications.
