The Flex B and Flex C join Jorgensen's existing Flex G gravity filter version. Flex B provides the same flow rates as Flex G – 30, 60 and 90 gpm – and filtration down to 10 microns for most applications. As its main filtration method, bag filters make the Flex B a cost-effective method for coolant and cutting fluid filtration and ideal for CNC machine tool applications involving either single machines or centralized coolant systems.

The MC3603 which owing to its compact size is ideal for integration in equipment manufacturing and medical technology applications. With 36 V and 3 A (peak current 9 A), the new Motion Controller covers the medium power range up to approx. 100 W. It is suitable for "normal" DC-motors with encoder, brushless drives and linear motors. The I/O options and encoder interfaces are the same as the rest of the product family.

The peripherally ground insert offers improved wall accuracy and straightness and creates a true 90° corner. The LNEX12 also featuring a patented U-groove segment on all four cutting edges which provide a good surface finish and expand its application range to low-power machines and small depths of cut. In addition, the two-sided design supports performance by making ramping possible.

Powered by a Nikon 225kV microfocus source, the innovative systems feature the company's Rotating.Target 2.0, which is unique in the industrial sector. It results in high resolution X-ray images to enable even the smallest defects inside an object to be identified quickly, easily, and non-destructively. Two variants are available. The VOXLS 30 C 450 is ideal for inspecting tall samples such as a large turbine blade. The VOXLS 30 M 450 is defined by its ability to be equipped with an internal autoloader for holding multiple samples. They may be scanned without operator intervention, freeing up personnel for other duties and facilitating unattended operation overnight and at the weekend, resulting in a big increase in productivity. In combination with external robotic handling and the Nikon Automation OPC UA Interface, both systems are compatible with fully automatic, closed-loop inspection at high speed in a Quality 4.0 production line environment.

Nikon emphasizes that the VOXLS 40 C 450 is just the first of a next generation of X-ray CT systems of similar construction, featuring a single-piece cabinet, the same metrology-grade manipulator concept, Nikon's unique microfocus X-ray sources, and extensive CT acquisition technologies. The upcoming models will broaden the range even further to provide users with more options that will not only meet their immediate business and technical requirements, but will also help them to identify new opportunities and raise operational efficiency.

The full stainless steel ball lock pins and handles come in a variety of configurations: button, ring, nautical and domed versions. The quick release pins are available in a variety of lengths and diameters from 3/16 to 1/2 in. nominal diameter and 5 mm to 16 mm nominal diameter with shanks made from both 17-4 and 300 series stainless steel.

Ideal for holemaking without a pilot drill up to 10×Dc, the inserts provide time savings that boost productivity. The inserts were designed to achieve maximum tool life in stable machining conditions thanks to the wear resistant WPP25 grade with HIPIMS technology. The grade has a particularly hard and robust substrate to extend tool life.

The threaded lifting pins GN 1133 and GN 1135 function similarly to the GN 1130 lifting pins, which have been a popular JW Winco product for years. These new pins are each secured in place by four spring-loaded threaded elements (instead of balls). Pressing the spring-loaded aluminum button causes the elements to retract into the pin so that it can be inserted into a threaded hole.

With the ANCA RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) regrinding solution, tools of various types and diameters and from different orders can be dynamically loaded, rather than having to sort them by diameter or customer as was previously necessary in mixed batches.

The industrial standard mounts can be used across heavy-duty factory equipment, through to commercial applications and the marine sector. Providing the mounts as a complete kit speeds up parts specification and enhances ease of installation. With male and female threaded mounts, the new installation kit format comprises bolts in diameters from M3 to M12, as well as various shaft lengths to suit a variety of applications.
