WDS Components' castor range extension includes a new stud fitting design with an M12 size threaded shaft that extends installation flexibility. The system recorder eliminates the ambiguity in diagnosing issues by recording all changes in their programming code for several minutes before and after an event takes place. Users can review the changes that took place in their code leading up to and after the event. The GT 342 enables machining of bars from 0.12" to 1.73" (3-44 mm) and can guide bars from 32" (800 mm) to 12'.6" (3810 mm) in length. The new toolless channel design allows for partial changeovers of under 2 minutes with full changeover times of less than 7 minutes. Once unlocked, the lower channels simply slide out while the upper channel remains the same for the entire bar diameter range.

Riten can repair/restore to "like new" condition their standard centers and face drivers (as well as industry competitor's products) for a fraction of the cost of new tools. If practical repair is not possible, trade-in is available for live centers and face drivers at significant savings for new standard Riten one. With competitors' products, trade-in savings are estimated on a case-by-case basis.

The Zertivo 2.0 grades enable a 30 percent increase in cutting speed recommendations for the primary ISO P and ISO M application areas, as well as secondary ISO K and ISO S materials, thanks to their optimized flute shape, which offers effective chip evacuation. The grades designed for stainless steel machining come in two variants: one with internal coolant for improved temperature control and chip flow, and one without internal coolant.
