The M936 maximizes the output of machines most customers use, explained Steve Avers, IMCO's Technical Support Manager. With conventional low-horsepower machines, this free cutting action means the M936 cutter can run to the machine's upper capacity limits.

Waterjet cutting works as simply as it is effective: the cutting head directs a fine jet of water at high pressure of up to 6,000 bar, a jet diameter of 0.38 to 1.02 millimeters. Users can create a ready-to-cut nest and generate NC code for tool paths in minutes and without any training. EasyNest Online is available through the password protected InduSuite.com application interface.

The height of the frame is based on the size of the part. The components present in the set permit a maximum set-up height of 300 millimetres. With add-on sets, the frame height can be extended in increments of 100 or 200. The part to be measured is held within the frame by hinged brackets.
