This small machine weighs 42 pounds and ships in a Pelican case for ease of storage, transportation and portability. It can run off a regular electrical plug, battery or generator — for use at home, in the office, in the classroom, garage or workshop and even on the road (or camping on a mountaintop).

This machine is built on the success of the Rollomatic LaserSmart® series of machines and particularly addresses the profile cutting and ablation of diamond tooling in the larger diameter range as well as tools with a Monoblock adaptor. The ideal and typical application fields for this machine are the woodworking, automotive and aerospace industries.

The DMH drill head features a fracture resistant design that is suitable for applications that involve drilling holes through thin-walled sections of workpieces. In normal circumstances, thin walls tend to spring back on the drill after the drill pierces through and exits the hole. In the process, uncut material shifts and forms exit burrs that impose extra burdens on the drill edge. These problems inflict damage on drill corners, shortening tool life. The DMH drill head's geometry protects drill corners from fracture damage, providing extended tool life and reduced downtime.

DrillMeister drill sleeves are available in 16, 25, and 32 millimeters in diameters for metric sizes and 3/4 inches and one inch for imperial sizes that fit the drill holders of the same sizes equipped in Swiss lathes. All drill sleeves have a threaded connecting port on the sleeve end for easy coolant hose connection.

A significant increase in marking speed and marking quality on previously insufficiently markable materials are the main benefits of FOBA's green laser. Column construction uses stress relieved, class 40 cast iron, with the base and sides milled flat, perpendicular, and parallel within .001"/ft. providing an accurate foundation on which to setup workholding devices or quick-change systems. What does this spec translate to for customer use? Other features include a center locating bore, inch, and metric hole patterns, M12 lifting holes for secure hoist ring attachment.

Beyond shoulder and face milling, the end mills can also be used for pocket milling, helical interpolation, ramping and slot milling. The CoroMill 316 is part of the Sandvik Coromant Optimized Solutions offering in the company's solid round tools range.

The TurboBlast features a cast aluminum handle with a rugged elastomer grip that's not only comfortable, but UV resistant, chemical resistant and insulated from heat or cold. The light touch activation trigger creates a powerful blast of air and also includes a "Dead Man's" grip that turns air off if the air gun is dropped. All models include an integrated nozzle guard for safety. Models are available with an adjustable gate valve to control blowing force on the fly, or without the gate valve.
