The basis for the extraordinary flexibility of the HELITRONIC MINI PLUS is the unique WALTER gantry design. The TraceBoss software interfaces with most portable surface roughness gages via a USB connection. One click in TraceBoss configures the gage, initiates a measurement, and presents the results and graphics full screen and in high resolution. The software display is optimized for the highest visibility in shop environments.

Safe for use on ferrous alloys when used as directed, ULTRA-CLEAN US-159 may etch or stain aluminum and zinc alloys, therefore pretesting before use is recommended. Dilutions from 2-10% by volume in water that is 120-160° are typically effective. Heavier soils and/or ultrasonic applications may benefit from operating at higher temperatures up to 190°F. Follow cleaning step with a thorough ambient-to-warm water rinse.

GN 742.5 Fluid/Fill Drain Plugs, GN 738.5 magnetic plugs and GN 7440 fluid sight glasses are made of AISI 316L (A4) stainless steel. Winco offers the premium sight glass in standard sizes from M16 to M42 and G⅜ to G1¼. Other thread diameters are available on request. Naturally, the same applies to the threaded plugs GN 742.5 and GN 738.5.n
