The system comes with a choice of two different touch probes. The UWP45 is a 45mm diameter touch probe ideal for multi-axis machining centers and compatible with the Marposs T25, TT25, TT30 and T25P probe ranges. The UWP60 is a 60mm diameter touch probe that is suited for use on large scale workstations and vertical lathes.

What makes the CoroMill Dura stand out compared to the former versatile concept and competitor end mills is its WhisperKut technology. The CoroMill Dura is available from two to seven flutes with 1-4×D cutting length, with and without a chip divider. The end mills can be reconditioned up to three times to original specifications.

LMX linear motors comprise a metal track with multiple embedded rare earth magnets, and a coil assembly supported by a customer-supplied guideway. IMSce for Mastercam combines IMS G-code emulation with the ModuleWorks simulation and post processing technology to provide a G-code parsing solution that connects directly to Mastercam. The solution enables Mastercam users to simulate and verify G-code including controller variables, subprograms, expressions and canned cycles for a wide range of machine tools before the workpiece is mounted on the machine.

The 3D Gripping Point Detection technology is a highlight of HALCON 22.11. It can be used to robustly detect surfaces on any object that are suitable for gripping with suction. In contrast to classic bin-picking applications, this new technology eliminates the need to train object surfaces.

Like other SmartSYNC torches, these new torches automatically set the correct amperage, air pressure, and operating mode upon installation of the consumable cartridge and allow the operator to change the cartridge without returning to the power supply. The torches also come with Hypertherm's FastConnect™ feature to make switching between torches fast and easy.

The outer race of the ball bearing is embedded in the POM plastic of the guide roller during the molding process. Each roller is machined to precise dimensions for an exact runout, which makes cylindrical and convex shaping of the running surface possible.
