SmartScope E7 features the brand-new fixed lens IntelliCentric optical system, a fully telecentric optical system that provides a super high-resolution image perfect for video edge detection. TurnCheck systems are precision optical instruments that measure shafts, cylinders, and other turned, ground, or extruded parts in the most demanding shop floor environments. The fully telecentric large field of view optics combined with highly collimated light at a constant wavelength results in a crisp, uniformly magnified image with no edge effects or exclusion zones. TurnCheck systems scan and measure all points and features automatically, handling the full range of dimensions and tolerances found on shafts and cylinders.

Made for large, heavy parts with complex dimensions and tolerances, FlexPoint 12-Series measures volumes up to 1200 x 3000 x 1000 mm. D:PLOY demonstrates how the entire application, including any leading cobot or light industrial robot arm along with tooling, sensors, and other devices, is accessed and managed from D:PLOY's dashboard. Users simply define the robot's workspace with minimal inputs on points within the workspace, and enter attributes of the workpiece. D:PLOY automatically generates all the program logic, signal exchange, event handling, path planning, and real-time monitoring for the full application.

The actuator heads can be easily fastened, replaced or turned in 90o steps with four captive screws. The compact Kurt RV24 Gripper comes standard with integrated electronics featuring sensors that ensure fingers and parts are in place and ready for production. High-strength aluminum alloy keeps gripper weight to a minimum while a hard-coat finish reduces wear and increases life in the field. New gripper size allows for smaller part handling, lighter minimum clamping force and easier storage where space is a premium. The RV24 is designed to work with a range of robotic applications and can perform well on cobots or smaller robots.

The modular XTS solution has been expanded with NCT to include a special motor module as well as electronics that mount on the movers. The hardware required for the transmission technology is fully integrated into the motor module, so the system does not sacrifice any existing functionality or expand equipment footprint. No additional connections or supply lines are needed. The control of the hardware on the mover is fully implemented in standard TwinCAT software. All known TwinCAT functionalities are available for simple project implementation.

The unique PVD coating that is standard on all Greenleaf-360 end mills provides added productivity and performance. The coating offers a very low coefficient of friction with an extremely high service temperature range. This combination results in high wear resistance and allows for higher speed capabilities, especially in heat-resistant alloys.

The PCBA was developed to allow ACU-RITE controls users to define and order a TNC 320 for small machine tool applications (i.e., VMC with tool changer) as a simple upgrade. This new system includes the PCBA adapter, a TNC 320 control and a complete AC package (motors, drives and electrical cabinet).
