With KISTERS 3DViewStation, the staging of complex processes and products is very successful, as they can be quickly visualized in new perspectives, combinations or environments. Renderings are amazingly similar to conventional product photography and are more cost-effective in the medium term.

Developed in collaboration with global motor manufacturers, HEIDENHAIN's new PressFit encoders include a "PressFit" flange that can be secured in a motor housing through a frictional connection, using a specially designed tolerance sleeve. The bar material, which has an ASTM classification of Grade 1, is provided in the soft annealed and quenched condition in 3 to 7-meter lengths (9.84 feet – 22.96 feet) with an outer diameter of 3 to 9 inches (76.2 to 228.6 mm). OD tolerances are +/-0.8, according to ASTM B637.

These guide rails are assembled from precisely matched components: linear guide rails GN 2492, the matching cam roller carriages GN 2494 and the separately available wipers of TPU plus the individual rollers with three different bore types.
