Cosen Saws G320 features a hydraulic dual column design and a capacity of 12.8" x 15". It is one of the smartest saws available right now and features Smart NC-100 (SNC-100) technology and V_Drive built in. SNC-100 controls are programmable up to 100 different jobs including quantity and length of cut. The controls automatically compensate for Kerf loss after data input and requires no manual calculation of number of times to index.

Like its predecessor, the new TNL12 features four tool carriers that can be applied to a workpiece simultaneously, albeit with significant changes to the machine's kinematics. The recently added couplings of aluminum and stainless steel include designs for positive and non-positive connections. The MP060 face milling cutter with a great number of teeth (z) between 10 and 22, and with diameters from 40 mm, can be used for roughing and finishing large surfaces and flat shoulders. The MP160 (z = 3–4) and MP260 (z = 2–3) shoulder and slot milling cutters, with either cylindrical shank or ScrewFit adaption and diameters of 16–40 mm and 4–20 mm respectively, are suitable for smaller flat surfaces, for plunging (MP260) and full slotting, as well as, in the case of the MP160, ramping, drilling and re-drilling work. All three milling cutters are equipped with internal coolant supply and can be used with emulsions and minimum quantity lubrication.

ANCA has designed a special dental drill loading kit including tailored RoboMate pallets for FX machines using a Fanuc 200iD robot loader. The pallet top allows a reduction of the insertion depth of the shank with an 8mm pocket depth, so that drills with only 10mm of available shank length can be loaded. The robot grippers have also been modified for the reduced thickness of medical tools. The medical gripper can accommodate Ø2-10mm x 100mm with a maximum head diameter of 14mm.
