Jergens adds MT-S to its range of workholding products for automated and unattended applications for greater machine utilization.

The Jorgensen FlexForce is a high-pressure coolant system for machine tools needing coolant supplied at 500-1000 PSIG for through-spindle coolant (TSC), available with a single or duplex bag filter and a chiller option. The system targets coolant directly at the cutting zone by breaking through the heat-generated vapor barrier created at the cutting tool and workpiece interface. TSC systems also offer better chip evacuation and more consistent temperature control for faster machine feeds and speeds.

CAM Assist 2.0 from CloudNC takes a CAD model to machine-ready toolpaths. The company said that CAM Assist 2.0 retains the speed of the original CAM Assist, while adding the oversight, feedback and shared intelligence elements that machine shops need to use AI with confidence.

The BA W06-22 from SW North America is a twin-spindle horizontal machining center built for large, lightweight parts made from aluminum and non-ferrous materials.
