The Bantam Tools Desktop CNC 4th Axis Accessory is designed to be a beginner-friendly accessory that expands machining capabilities to include 4th axis machining. It's a gateway into 4th axis machining and a tool customers can use to grow their machining skills.

The PACKOUT Tool Tray features Stack or Store functionality, providing modular connectivity with any PACKOUT solution and storage within the Rolling Tool Chest, Rolling Tool Box, XL Tool Box, or the Large Tool Box. In addition, the Tool Tray has a customizable internal layout with Quick-Adjust Dividers, creating up to six separate storage compartments and allowing users to configure the layout that works for them.

Machining three diameters in one operation, the stator bore tool ensures the alignment and concentricity of the machined surfaces whilst reducing the cycle time significantly. The lightweight 3D printed combination tool enables a faster tool change and spin-up even on less powerful machines.

With the ZOLLER Interface in CAMWorks, tool data is standardized and the exchange of data between the two software systems is automated. Customers only need to enter the information for their cutting tools in once into the central ZOLLER tool database and the tools are imported automatically into CAMWorks.

Effectively used for hard turning, gear grinding, drilling, milling and more, COMOT-AZ provides low deformation clamping of thin-walled workpieces and offers a large selection of standard collets available in round, square, hexagonal, and special configurations when needed for virtually all sizes of spindles.

For applications where stock aluminum, stainless steel or PVDF won't work, other material options such as CPVC or glass filled PEEK thermoplastic have been used. Special marking requirements for tying knives to specific machines or critical processes can be accommodated.

The WCE platform includes four-flute, square-end and ball nose end mills with both straight and Weldon shanks and is available in both metric and inch dimensions. The WCE5 five-flute geometry will be released later in 2022. Orders for the WCE4 end mill, as well as other WIDIA metal cutting tooling, can be placed through WIDIA authorized distribution partners.
