In the shape of TungCut grooving insert, the new STH inserts perform finish-turning by feeding the insert sideways on the worked surface. The IP68 enclosures except size 44.27 are made of corrosion-proof foundry grade aluminum alloy and they are coated with oven-cured thermosetting paint with epoxy power, which makes the enclosures highly resistant to scratch, shock, seawater, and chemicals. Operating similarly, a new Pulsed Counter Cam Output is programmed with an "on angle" and a dwell time instead of an on-off output.
