Processing graphite with the right metalworking fluid is an extremely economical process that achieves higher-quality workpieces and .005 tolerances.

The RUP1 probe uses a 20 MHz transducer and provides a thickness measurement range of 1 mm to 20 mm with an accuracy of better than 10 microns using touch points. The RSH is designed for forces up to 7,943 lbf (35kN), speeds up to 20 in/sec (498 mm/sec) and stroke lengths up to 48 in. (1200mm). It is available in both ball screw and roller screw options. While ball screws are an economical option with medium life and force capabilities, roller screws (manufactured by Tolomatic) provide higher force capability, increased life and improved accuracy.

The Digital Static Meter is a sensitive and responsive product that indicates surface voltage and polarity on objects up to ±20 kV from one inch (25mm) away. After zeroing the meter, move it to within one inch of your problem surface(s) for a LED illuminated reading of the static voltage. It includes a National Institute of Standards and Technology certification for accuracy, and will help discern the most troublesome static areas in any process.

The KFA 1500 (260" x 100" x 103" h) has a tank volume of 10,000 liters and a filter capacity of 1,500 liters/minute. The medium is filtered by high-efficiency precoat filters in full flow at a filter fineness of 3-5 μm. Filtration takes place on demand and in an energy-efficient manner via a frequency-controlled system pump. The special drying unit is optimally designed for large batch sizes.

The control enhances the user-friendliness of the Quick Load Servo S3+, a bar feeder that is well suited for unattended and lights-out production thanks to its proven robustness and reliability. Accommodating spindle length bars with diameters from ¼" to 4 – ¾", the bar feeder enables partial changeovers in 15 seconds or less and complete changeovers in 1 minute or less. A unique Parts Library function stores hundreds of part programs that simplify operator setups.

The machine foot GN 36 uses the weight of the machine to create a very stable and robust connection between the threaded stud and the foot. The threaded stud is not connected to the foot plate. The second machine foot GN 37 from Winco also has a central fastening hole running clear through. This allows use of an anchor bolt. The anchor secures the foot to the floor, preparing it for lateral loads.

VpCI®-337 is a waterborne Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitor that can be applied by fogging into metal void spaces. This labor-saving technique uses a minimum of product to protect large areas or volumes. Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitors in the fogging fluid diffuse throughout the void and are attracted to metal surfaces where they "condense" and form a protective molecular layer. This layer inhibits the corrosion reaction on the metal surfaces even in the presence of oxygen and residual moisture.

The levers are available with L or T shaped handles. With the L shaped clamping handle, it can be lifted and moved back to continue tightening in the presence of an obstruction. The T handle enables less flexibility of movement but enables easy adjustment with a two-sided grip option. Both designs are ideally suited to tightening clamps on machinery or jigs, through to adjusting the position of office or domestic equipment.

What distinguishes MCOSMOS v.5 from its predecessor are the upgrades to its interface, functions, and performance. Most noticeable from launch is the new and simplified graphical user interface: The updates made to this are not only visually pleasing but also assist in improving the user experience, no matter their level of knowledge working with the tool. These changes include easy-to-use "ribbons" and a much-requested search function, assisting operators in finding specific sections of their measuring process for detailed reports.
