GF Machining Solutions offers eight WPT 1+ models. Shops can start with a single magazine unit and then add one more as production needs change. The systems easily serve one or two machines within in a production cell thanks to the flexibility of the magazine capacities and its variants (Light, Heavy or a Rotary magazine), along with fully integrated pneumatic control for gripping devices and table chucks. The new MRS 2280 and 2281 encoder modules have been specifically designed for use in tilting and rotary axes with high tilting rigidity bearings, making them ideal for measuring arms and measuring robots. Overall, the MRS 2200 series provides options with an easily mountable ultra-compact design, system accuracy of ±10", and tilt resistance of up to 52 Nm/mrad tilt resistance.

iScan3D, with integral process controller, connects with API's Radian Six Degrees of Freedom (6DoF) Laser Tracker to accurately monitor scanner position and deliver high accuracy measuring and scanning. iScan3D completely negates user inconveniences associated with Articulating Arm scanners: operator fatigue, arm gymnastics, part access issues, and limited measuring ranges. iScan3D combines tactile and scanning measurements, giving users the freedom to measure wherever and whenever, regardless of part size and feature locations, in a single setup.

Inspire's sleek, streamlined interface offers the fastest means to access its new measurement, analysis, and reporting features for greater quality productivity. More software highlights include a new delete noise function to rapidly delete outlier data in point clouds, the addition of measurement triggers, and more data import and export options. The software also introduces the ability to create cross-sections of a point cloud without the need for a CAD model. Inspire's learning curve is decidedly short for new and existing users with novice to expert skill levels. Hexagon offers a broad range of training materials from online videos and tutorials culminating in nearly four hours of user training resources.

The series includes the VT 1400M, VT 2000M, VT 2500M, VT 3000M, VT 5000 and VT 6000 with table sizes from 1,400 (55") to 6,000mm (236) with maximum turning diameter from 1,600mm (63") up to 7,000mm (276") and maximum height allowed from 1,650 (65") to 4,000mm (157").
