The CoroMill MH20 complements existing products in the CoroMill range, and fills a strategic gap in the high feed indexable milling product line. Designed to deliver reliability with minimal vibration, the CoroMill MH20 has been adapted for applications where components are notoriously difficult to machine, such as in the oil and gas, mold and die and aerospace sectors.

The NXT grinder is a versatile 5-axis CNC machine with a small footprint, large grind zone and a modular design that quickly adapts to demanding application requirements. ESPRIT uses a digital twin of the manufacturing envelope to simplify the programming process and deliver edit-free G-code. Customers that already have ESPRIT can add the Star Cutter NXT's digital machine package to their existing license and program the NXT using the software they already own.

In addition to standard VBO and VBN barrel-shaped end mills for productive finish machining of curved surfaces, TungMeister's new VBL lens-shape milling head has a convexly shaped cutting edge on the tool's tip, instead of on the periphery, providing a good solution for machining a complex bottom surface. The MFH-MAX provides a new alternative to conventional 90° end mills when roughing to medium-finishing. The MFH-MAX also provides more capabilities than conventional high-feed mills by reducing the number of tool paths and machining time when cutting workpieces with large variations in machining margins.

The 465 (464) fine boring heads have a full diameter range of 1.968" – 8.070" (50mm – 205mm) with the lightweight aluminum Alu-Line boring heads ranging from 2.559" – 8.070" (65.00mm – 205.00mm). Featuring the standard Wohlhaupter MVS connection, these boring heads provide the capability to adapt to any machine.

Rectangular enclosures with EMC shielding to protect the sensitive signals from external electromagnetic signals also seal stronger signals from leaking to the outside and interfering with surrounding electronics. Integrated directly into the HMI, ModuleWorks machine simulation enhances the Mitsubishi controls with high-performance multi-axis milling and turning simulation including gouge and deviation analysis and collision detection with manual or automatic refinement of the simulation result. Workpiece coloring according to the sequence provides convenient visual analysis and enables operators to immediately identify and prevent potential collisions for safe and cost-effective machining.

The GrindSmart 660XW is a 6-axis tool and peel grinding machine allows the user to utilize cost-effective and advanced lean manufacturing principles; termed as "Ultra-Lean Grinding Process." The machine includes a 6•position wheel changer and linear motors on all axes. It features a traveling high-speed workhead. Peel grinding for blank prepara•on and neck grinding are included in the same chucking.n

The OpenVINO toolkit plugin from MVTec is based on the new HALCON AI Accelerator Interface (AI²). This generic interface allows customers to use supported AI accelerator hardware for the inference part of their deep learning applications – quickly and conveniently. Such special devices are widely used especially for applications in the embedded environment, but also exist more and more in the PC environment. By abstracting the deep learning models from specific hardware, the AI Accelerator Interface is particularly future-proof. In addition to plugins provided by MVTec, the integration of customer-specific AI accelerator hardware is also possible.

Manufacturing high quality, high performance tools requires the Total Indicator Runout to be perfect or minimal for overall tool life and surface finish. Runout on blanks before grinding can be achieved by either spending a certain amount of time for work holding setup or alternatively, compensating the runout in software. The latest software update of ToolRoom has an option to apply complete tool runout compensation when needed.
