Go and No-Go Ring Gages are manufactured with hardened tool steel for exceptional durability and feature a fully knurled circumference for maximum gripping ability and safety. No-Go gages are clearly marked with a red ring. UNC and UNF gages have a 2A tolerance. UNC gages are available in 19 sizes from #2-56 to 2-4 ½ and UNF gages are available in 19 sizes from #0-80 to 1 ½ -12. Metric and metric fine gages have a 6g tolerance. Metric gages are available in 19 sizes from M2x.4 to M68x6 and metric fine gages are available in 19 sizes from M8x1 to M48x1.

The Oil Skimmer squeezes oil between rollers, a method of stripping the oil from the belt that does not require scraping. This skimmer is designed for use on large machine tools with tanks deeper than two feet. The Oil Skimmer Jr. is designed for machine tools with shallow tanks.

For manufacturers who produce different components on the same line, and therefore need to regularly change grippers, this system is highly beneficial. One and the same programmable gripper solution is used to handle all blanks, regardless of shape and size. The transition is automatic and takes less than two minutes.

The extremely compact machine bed of the travelling column machining centres is a heat-treated, welded steel structure that provides a torsion-resistant and stable base for all components and machining operations. The production of large and heavy workpieces up to 8,000 kg is enabled by a powerful motor spindle with 46 kW spindle power, a torque of up to 170 Nm and a spindle speed of up to 15,000 rpm (18,000 rpm HSK-A63).
