OSG USA Inc., St. Charles, Illinois, expands its PHOENIX Indexable Endmill lineup with the PXAL, a DLC-coated exchangeable head endmill for non-ferrous materials.
The 78PXAL endmill features:
- a flat cutting edge for higher precision machined surface quality,
- a center cutting edge for plunging applications,
- XP4625 material for welding resistance and extended tool life in non-ferrous materials,
- and a DLC-IGUSS coating to improve durability and machining performance.
