IMCO Carbide Tool created its new POW•R•FEED M935 five-flute endmills using a multi-parabolic grinding (MPG) process that reportedly allows for significantly higher metal removal rates and the freest cutting action in mild steels, stainless steels and titanium. Described by IMCO as a revolutionary process, MPG is able to produce unique end face, fl ute and core geometries that make extremely aggressive tool paths possible – even with complex movements.
