The new "Quick Change" series of toolholders from Carmex Precision Tools LLC deliver better gripping thanks to a polygon shank. Developed to ISO standard 26623 for toolholding systems, the polygon taper ensures automatic radial centering and even pressure around the coupling. The 1.4-degree tapered polygon shank is interchangeable with most leading manufacturers.

Quick Change toolholders are available for both external and internal threading applications in a full range of metric sizes and feature internal coolant bores. Both configurations are available for either 16mm (3/8" IC) or 22mm (½" IC) thread turning inserts.
