RP Series Robotic Dispensing System

The Dispense Works Inc. RP series robotic dispensing system with an optional vision guided system performs pattern recognition and edge and hole detection for simpler setup and fixturing, while assuring repeatability from part to part. The robot takes a picture of the part, does any necessary offsets and adjusts its program for precise dispensing and part placement.

The RP dispensing system — manufactured in the U.S. — features big performance and is available in several configurations to best suit unique requirements. All motion, vision and control system software is written in-house. Systems are also available to meet FDA and clean room specifications.
