The new Tapmatic ScribeWriter with adjustable marking pressure makes it easy to mark soft or hardened materials on CNC machines, eliminating the need for secondary marking operations. In one application, it marked a 60 HRC hardened steel plate at a feed rate of 1,000mm/min. (39.37"/min.) with marking depth of 0.1mm.
