LA-MAN Corp. offers a complete series of SuperStar Membrane Dryers that provide ultraclean and dry compressed air to applications from a wide range of industries. The unique series of SuperStar Membrane Dryers have been developed as a point of use filter to lower the dew point of the compressed air stream.
The SuperStar Membrane Dryer lowers the dew point by continuously removing water vapor and venting into the surrounding atmosphere. With dew point temperatures available as low as -40 Degrees Fahrenheit, a wide range of flow capabilities and various pressure ratings, the SuperStar Membrane Dryer is an ideal solution for an extensive array of applications including food processing, clean rooms, paint spraying, material finishing and powder coating.
A critical standard feature of the SuperStar Membrane Dryer includes the prefiltration system that incorporates a high efficiency coalescing filter into the process. With these properties, the SuperStar Membrane is assured of contaminant and particle free air, allowing for optimal performance. An optional automatic float drain will allow for the discharge of moisture from the Extractor/Dryer while preventing any system air loss. Maintenance on the equipment is easily accomplished with the installation of the appropriate service kit and without removing the unit from the air system.
