Reversible hard jaws
Reversible hard jaws from Dillon Manufacturing are suitable for ID and OD workholding. The company says they accurately grip and locate workpieces while significantly reducing setup times. Designed to hold a specific range of part sizes, they are suited for first operation workholding, the company says. They fit all brands of chucks, including serrated, Acme Key, square key, and tongue-and-groove styles. Single or two-step jaws feature diamond-shaped serrations to provide secure gripping and accurate parts locating.
Full Grip Jaws
Dillon Chuck Jaws can provide both standard and special pie jaws in 1.5mm x 60°, 3.0mm x 60°, 1/16th x 90°, and 3/32 x90° serrations, American standard and metric tongue and groove, and acme and square serrated key type mounting interfaces.

Dillon Manufacturing offers a wide range of workholding products, including soft jaws, hard jaws and full grip jaws for Serrated, T & G, Acme, and Square Key-type chucks, as well as collet pads. Full grip "pie" jaws from 6 to 24 inches in diameter, as well extra high jaws to 10 inches in height for longer service life are available, as are collet pads and collet pad jaws, monoblock jaws, and vise jaws.
