Trademark policy

Trademark and brand usage

This page explains how site names, logos, product names, company names, and third-party marks should be used without confusing visitors about ownership or endorsement.

Applies to Cutting Tool Engineering. Last framework update: May 17, 2026.

Our names and marks

The site name, logos, product names, publication names, graphics, and trade dress may be trademarks or brand assets of their respective owners. Do not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, approval, partnership, or ownership that does not exist.

Third-party marks

The site may refer to third-party company names, brands, product names, logos, and trademarks for identification, reporting, directory, editorial, advertising, or compatibility purposes.

Reference to a third-party mark does not automatically mean endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless the page clearly says so.

Public usage requests

Requests to use logos, screenshots, excerpts, badges, partnership language, or publication names should be reviewed before public use, especially for advertising, press releases, sales materials, event listings, and AI-generated media.
