Iscar T-Face: Maximum productivity for face milling applications

ISCAR has introduced T-FACE, a new family of tools for applications that require small to mid-diameter face mills (1.25”, 1.50” & 2.00”).

The tool being demonstrated is comprised of an interchangeable solid carbide head that mounts on steel shanks by means of a unique spline (SP) connection.  The connection has been designed to ensure a robust assembly that can withstand significant loads and bending forces, such as those being demonstrated in this video.  Overall, the robust design and high tooth density (between 8, 10 or 12 flutes depending on diameter) of the T-FACE system provides users with maximum productivity for face milling applications.
