The Mini Jet a member of our Cell-U-Clean line of parts washers, is an excellent cabinet washer for both small and large parts up to 500 Lbs. where floor space comes at a premium. This spray washer was designed as a high-capacity solution with low energy as an alternative to our heavy-duty cabinet washer product line. The rotary hide away door eliminates the extra floor space required for the door swing while ensuring a dry floor when loading and unloading.

EcoAir® 325 Tool & Die Rust Preventative has proved to be a great development for molders. This ready- to-use vegetable oil/solvent-based liquid is packaged in EcoAir® spray cans that rely on compressed air rather than traditional aerosol propellants. It is easy to atomize over a large surface area such as the interior of a plastic injection mold or die. Unlike other mold savers that have a reputation for clogging mold pores and must be cleaned off before use, EcoAir® 325 Tool & Die Rust Preventative does not have to be removed. This makes it extremely easy to bring a mold out of shipping or storage and put into use immediately.

VpCI-330 is clear, ready-to-use, low-viscosity, and designed for protection of metals in indoor and outdoor sheltered conditions. It performs effectively even under the adverse conditions of 100% relative humidity and in the presence of corrosive species such as chlorides. It protected for over 800 hours in humidity chamber testing and received a 1a rating in copper strip testing. VpCI-330 provides universal corrosion protection to ferrous metals and is compatible with yellow metals.

D-Greeze-500 LO is non-hazardous and non-HAP offering features and performance which greatly reduce energy and specialized equipment costs. While designed to be a slow evaporator, when quick drying is required it can be instantly blown off using blower generated  low pressure high velocity air through an air knife. 

The Chip Blower automates in-machine cleaning of coolant and chips by delivering high-volume air flow with spindle rotation. When not in use, the Chip Blower fits easily into any automatic tool change system for vertical, horizontal or multi-tasking machining centers. The Chip Blower can be used with automatic tool changers and programmed into a machining cycle, helping to improve machine utilization and increase productivity. The Chip Blower complements the solid construction, fixed blade ChipFan.

The Return to Load, a member of our Cell-U-Clean line of parts washers, is an excellent cabinet return to operator washer for parts up to 40 Lbs. where floor space comes at a premium. This low-cost spray washer was designed as a high-capacity solution with low energy usage.  The RTL platform comes standard as a wash blowoff unit but can be configured with an additional liquid stage when rinsing or a rust protection application is required.

With the new manual and automated JetStation-HP booths, acp systems AG supplies compact cleaning solutions for these use cases with quattroClean technology. The closed, sound-proofed stand-alone units are made entirely of stainless steel. They are only equipped with components and materials used in cleanroom applications. When designing the process chamber, attention was paid to ensuring that detached contaminants and carbon dioxide are removed quickly and effectively by the integrated extraction system and that no dirt pockets can form. This prevents the cleaned parts from becoming recontaminated.

The compact StyliCleaner, which has a 70mm (2.8in) x 100mm (3.9in) footprint, is available in two sizes, StyliCleaner8 and StyliCleaner16, designed to decontaminate styli from 0 to 8mm (0.31in) and from 6mm (0.24in) to 16mm (0.62in) in diameter, respectively. The separate control unit may be positioned on the CMM table, or if space is limited it can be attached to the CMM stand using an optional mounting plate.

This Intellistat is activated with a comfortable, ergonomic short throw trigger which requires minimal effort. Constructed with a low voltage transformer converting 120V to 24V, it was designed to ensure user safety, in addition to using an EXAIR engineered air nozzle to maximize efficiency and meet OSHA requirements for sound level and dead-end pressure. It is equipped with a red/green LED to signify proper functionality, as well as a hook for easy hanging and storage.

The new GN 8170 stainless steel indexing plungers are intended for use in areas requiring sanitary equipment. They are available in lock-out or non-lock out types with a sealing lock nut that creates a totally hygienic version or without a sealing lock nut.
