Cleaning/degreasing Equipment

Aqueous Parts Cleaning Systems

The application fields of part cleaning processes using aqueous media range from coarse through intermediate to fine and ultrafine cleaning. Before an investment in suitable cleaning equipment is made, key questions regarding cleaning quality, throughput, cycle times, process stability and cost efficiency must be answered. Ecoclean addresses these aspects via different machine concepts adapted to the respective industries and tasks.

CLEAN-GARD 83 Alkaline Detergent

Madison Chemical introduces CLEAN-GARD 83, a cutting-edge, alkaline detergent specifically designed for removing aged, oxidized, burned-on oil, removing grease and for other difficult cleaning operations. Intended for immersion application, including ultrasonic and agi-lift, as well as recirculation spray washers up to 25 psi, this proven product cleans more thoroughly in less time, thus increasing productivity.

Standard Air Wipe

EXAIR’s new 3/8 inch Standard Air Wipe produces a 360 degree airstream that can blow off, dry, clean or cool the material passing through it. The split design can be clamped around continuously moving material such as wire, cable, pipe, hose and extruded shapes.

EcoCvelox High-Pressure Waterjet Deburring System

Process-reliably and reproducibly deburred and cleaned parts are crucial for the quality of subsequent processes such as bonding, sealing and assembly as well as for perfect product function. With the completely new system concept EcoCvelox, Ecoclean introduces a highly flexible, modular solution for cost-efficient high-pressure waterjet deburring and cleaning in a single procedure.

Spray Cleaning System

Increasing demands on cleanliness, in terms of freedom from both particulate and film-type contaminants, call for the use of adapted cleaning solutions. These now include a new spray cleaning system for solvent-based cleaning machines by Ecoclean.
