New Interactive Digital Catalog!

EXAIR’s catalog offers readers an incredible source of innovative solutions for common industrial problems like conveying, cooling, cleaning, blowoff, drying, coating and static buildup. To make this useful resource more readily available, EXAIR.com has now launched a fully digital and interactive version of Catalog 35 for easy browsing and added accessibility. Customers will now be able to view, download, print and save either the full catalog, or specific pages and sections.

N5200 Enterprise SSD

The N5200 SSD features a 4-lane PCIe and an NVMe 1.4 interface and offers sequential data rates of up to 7,000 MB/s read and 4,200 MB/s write. Random reads and writes reach up to 1.35 million IOPS and 450,000 IOPS, respectively. In terms of flash memory longevity, N5200 delivers endurance values of at least 1 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) measured against standardized workloads (JEDEC Enterprise Workload) over a 5-year period.

MERLIC 5.4

MERLIC 5.4 extends the available MERLIC Communicator plug-ins with a REST plug-in. This interface opens the door to the world of web services. MERLIC users benefit from being able to control the software through this important interface, using a Frontend on the web browser. Furthermore, the results of the machine vision application can also be displayed in a device-independent manner, for example on mobile devices.

D1200 Datacenter SSD

The U.3 SSD is based on enterprise-grade 3D-TLC-NAND (eTLC), is backwards compatible with U.2, and has both a 4-lane PCIe and NVMe 1.4 interface. As a result, it achieves bandwidths of up to 6,900 MB/s for sequential reads and 7,000 MB/s for sequential writes. Up to 1.6 million IOPS for reads and 900,000 IOPS for writes are possible with Random Access. With support for up to 128 namespaces, D1200 provides high flexibility and efficiency for virtualizing cloud applications and managing data in data centers. Its endurance values are at least 1.5 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day), when measured against a standardized workload (JEDEC Enterprise Workload) over a 5-year period.

TraceBoss+

TraceBoss+ software interfaces with most portable surface roughness gages. A user can take a measurement, view the results and graphics full screen, save data, and reload it for comparison and statistical process control. It reports most common roughness parameters, showing at a glance whether a surface passes or fails user-provided limits.

e.MMCs and SD Memory Cards

The EM-30 product series (153 ball BGA) complies with e.MMC-5.1 specifications and is fully backward compatible. It is designed for an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. The S-56(u) SD and microSD memory cards attain sequential read and write data rates of 95 MB/s and 74 MB/s, respectively. The cards are optimized for high-performance applications with random read IOPS of 2,200 and random write IOPS of 1,300.

Locera Software

The cloud-native software analyzes and visualizes dynamic data, processes events, and can be addressed directly from local MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems via API or webhooks.  The intelligence acquired based upon position data provides the user with a comprehensive overview of asset tracking, material flow, order information or possible problem areas.

Mx 9.1 Software

Mx 9.1 software extends Zygo’s collaborative metrology software with Asphere+ Analysis functionality, providing a common toolset to explore aspheric surface data obtained using any instrument. Best-fit prescriptions can be obtained for a wide range of surface types, and the 3D deviation between part and design can be examined and exported for process control feedback
