Computer Aided Technology LLC to sell for Roland DGA Corp.

Computer Aided Technology LLC, Buffalo Grove, Ill., a provider of engineering and manufacturing solutions, partnered with Roland DGA Corp., Irvine, Calif., to bring to market the DGShape line of office-friendly, benchtop CNC milling machines, including the MDX-50, MDX-540 and MDX-40A.

Computer Aided Technology LLC, Buffalo Grove, Ill., a provider of engineering and manufacturing solutions, partnered with Roland DGA Corp., Irvine, Calif., to bring to market the DGShape line of office-friendly, benchtop CNC milling machines, including the MDX-50, MDX-540 and MDX-40A. With this partnership, CATI expands its solution offering for rapid prototyping and manufacturing.

Roland DGA is the U.S.-based marketing, sales and distribution arm of Roland DG Corp., Hamamatsu, Japan, a manufacturer of digital imaging devices. DGShape, also a subsidiary of Roland DG, is focused on the development of 3D imaging equipment for a variety of industries and applications, all distributed in the U.S. exclusively by Roland DGA.
