Schneider Resources Holding (SRH), a private investment firm, acquired ETW Inc., based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. ETW Inc. is a family-owned company recognized nationwide for its precision milling expertise.

ETW Inc. joins JR Machine, another Wisconsin-based company, in the SRH portfolio. Headquartered in Shawano, JR Machine is known for manufacturing complex, mission-critical components for the space exploration and defense sectors. This acquisition broadens the capabilities of SRH's manufacturing network by adding advanced 5-axis CNC milling, custom tooling, and precision engineering services.

"I'm excited to add ETW to the SRH family," said Paul Schneider, Managing Director of SRH. "Together with JR Machine, we are growing our Wisconsin-based precision manufacturing group. This will allow us to service our customers with more capacity and added capabilities."

Established in 1945 as Enco Tool Works, ETW Inc. is known for creating high-quality cutting tools and exotic-material components using advanced DMG MORI and Studer equipment. It serves a prestigious client base that includes leading names in global toolmaking and space exploration.

ETW Inc. will continue autonomous operations in Waukesha, retaining all employees and its current leadership team. JR Machine leadership and a unified sales team will facilitate ETW Inc.'s integration, ensuring a smooth transition and scalability for both organizations.

SRH and JR Machine have already made a significant $1 million capital investment in ETW Inc., acquiring a new DMG MORI DMU 65 (FD) 5-axis milling center. This technological upgrade increases production capabilities and supports their long-term growth strategy.

This latest acquisition is a testament to SRH's dedication to supporting sustainable, family-owned operations in Wisconsin that serve advanced industries across the world.
