Alturas, an Idaho-based family of companies, is uniting three manufacturers, EnviroTech of Boise, Idaho, G Zero of Nampa, Idaho, and the assets of Cardic Machine Products of Carson, California, under the EnviroTech banner.

Details of the transaction were not released, but the company said the acquisitions and combination represent a “deliberate commitment to preserve jobs, protect institutional knowledge, and strengthen Idaho’s manufacturing base.”

The combined company secures more than 65 skilled jobs in the Treasure Valley region of Idaho, encompassing the metropolitan area of Boise, employing an experienced workforce to provide precision-machined products across multiple industries, including aerospace, defense, medical, robotics, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Alturas’ backing delivers the combined company immediate investment to expand its skilled workforce, acquire leading-edge precision machines and equipment, and significantly expand its 45,000-square-foot Boise facility.

G Zero holds ITAR registration and brings sophisticated machining capabilities such as 5-axis milling, horizontal multi-pallet systems, vertical machining centers, and precision turning with live tooling. The company is equipped to handle a wide range of materials including aluminum, titanium, steel, and high-performance plastics. Serving customers in aerospace, medical, firearms, and semiconductor manufacturing, G Zero bolsters the combined company’s technical expertise and production capacity.
