ARCH Cutting Tools Corp. has acquired BMWG, LLC, a manufacturer of indexable and solid round tools, located in Gallatin, Tennessee.
The company said that BMWG has a state-of-the-art facility and equipment, and specializes in designing and manufacturing custom indexable and solid carbide round tools for a diverse and growing customer base. Since its inception in 1995, BMWG has focused on providing unparalleled service and nurturing customer partnerships. This, in combination with its innovative products, has resulted in an exceptionally strong regional footprint, specifically in the medical industry.
