Alliance CNC Cutter Grinding Services Inc.

GWS Tool Group LLC, Tavares, Fla., the parent company of GW Schultz Tool and CGI Tool, acquired Alliance CNC Cutter Grinding Services Inc.

Founded in 1995, Alliance CNC has developed into an industry leader in the application specific design, manufacture and servicing of tight tolerance drills, reamers, and micro-tools.  “Alliance is a tremendous fit for our organization”, said Rick McIntyre, CEO of GWS Tool Group. “While our organization has deeply rooted skill set and reputation within the round tool space, our GW Schultz division is focused predominately on endmills. Adding a hole-making focus in addition to the insert offering we bolted on last year with CGI, further strengthens our already dynamic value proposition at the spindle.”

Alliance CNC will continue to operate out of their facility in the greater Grand Rapids area under the direction of their long-tenured management team.

“It has been a fulfilling journey for me in the building and development of Alliance CNC” said its Founder Richard Czarniecki. “I am so excited for my wonderful team of people and the customer base that has come to rely on us to now be a part of the GWS enterprise. ”
