This acquisition will offer customers access to a global leader with a single, unmatched portfolio that provides solutions for surface preparation, cutting, cleaning and finishing supported by exceptional technical expertise, delivery and quality. Matchless will be incorporated into Osborn, which is the primary business unit serving the Industrial market segment for Jason Industries.
The Matchless Metal Polish Co., founded in 1885, provides a full line of metal finishing products and services including buffing compounds, buffing wheels, abrasives and chemicals. With its 135-year history, Matchless is recognized by both customers and competitors alike for the quality and dependability they bring.
