Schaumburg, IL – Kitagawa North-Tech, Inc., a brand in standard Chucks, engineered Chucks, Rotary Tables, Oil & Gas Chucks, large VTL Chucks, custom engineered Workholding and Steady Rests, has announced some changes to their sales organization, realigning their inside and outside sales teams for the company. The recent reorganization with their sales teams were done to improve operational efficiency and to better serve their valued North American customers. The following announcements and promotions were made reflecting these changes.

Shawn LuscheiShawn Luschei is Promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Luschei worked for the company for 17 years from 1994 to 2011, and then rejoined the company in 2017 as Senior Sales Manager. Mr. Luschei has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this leadership role, Mr. Luschei will manage and direct inside and outside sales teams, as well as the company’s Productivity Team (P) and Customer Service group. The “P” Team is Kitagawa’s NorthTech’s in-house group of engineers and project managers that are responsible for designing, engineering and manufacturing custom workholding solutions for part specific machining projects.

Dale AndersDale Andersonon is Promoted to Inside Sales Manager

In his new role as Inside Sales Manager, Mr. Anderson will have direct responsibility for leading the Inside Sales and Customer service teams for Kitagawa NorthTech. Like Mr. Luschei, Anderson too has worked for Kitagawa NorthTech previously for 9 years before returning to the company in 2018. Throughout his career, Mr. Anderson has served the company in many roles and capacities ranging from inside sales, regional sales manager, project management and engineering management. He will report to Mr. Luschei, VP of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Luschei adds “Dale is a workholding, machining and Chuck expert. He is extremely technical and versed in Workholding technology which makes him excellent at providing customers solutions that address and solve their Workholding requirements. In addition, with his extensive knowledge of Workholding and chucks, he will help mentor our inside sales team and staff.”

Ryosuke Yatsunami is Promoted to Business Development ManagerRyosuke Yatsunami

Previously serving as Inside Sales Manager for the company, Mr. Yatsunami has now been promoted to Business Development Manager. In this new position, Yatsunami will operate in a few different management and sales capacities. He will focus on supporting KNI’s strategic growth initiatives including, Rotary Table new product launches, Key Accounts management, while maintaining relationships with strategic vendors in Japan. Ryosuke will also be responsible for developing and supporting sales for Kitagawa NorthTech’s new Mexico operation.
