Vero Software has hired new Radan Support Technician Candie Jones, who joins the company’s growing team of staff dedicated to offering unparalleled support services.

Jones, who is based in Alabama, graduated from Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, Alabama, with an associate degree in mechanical and civil engineering. She gained industry experience working as a drafter and CAD/CAM programmer for a bulk-feed trailer manufacture, where she specialized in bulk-feed trailer designs, as well as programming Mazak Optiplex, Whitney 661 Plasma Punch and Accu-kut plasma machinery.

“I know what it’s like being on the customer side, which gives me a better understanding of what the customer needs,” Jones said. “I also have the advantage of knowing what they’re going through and firsthand knowledge of the initial struggles that come with learning a new software. Radan is absolutely the easiest CAD/CAM software I have ever used, and I know that new customers will love it. I am happy to be a part of such an exciting and ever-growing company.”
