The GROB Systems G350 Universal Machining Center delivers high productivity, optimum availability, and excellent maintenance access. What's more, it features a unique machine concept; three linear and two rotary axes permit 5-axis simultaneous machining and simultaneous interpolation. The machine's unique axis arrangement permits upside down machining, offering almost limitless possibilities for part machining.

The HiPACS drilling and countersinking system can be utilized on all machines typically used for aerospace applications. In less stable conditions such as robot end effectors, the diamond coated carbide drills offer excellent tool life and hole quality. PCD-tipped drills, on the other hand, excel in stable conditions such as gantry machines.

The M20 MILLTURN has a one piece, straight-lined appearance, with a modern, functional design. The continuous front made from hardened glass features an integrated display of performance data as well a sliding window to the tool magazine. The machine's fresh appearance is further supported by its new colouring.

As more shops seek the benefits of a single setup, multiaxis cutting strategy, Mastercam 2022 adds new techniques and strategies such as the Unified Multiaxis toolpath which allows you to select multiple pieces of input geometry to generate the toolpath pattern. Using those geometry choices, the toolpath picks the best algorithm to calculate the path.

The patented spindle technology ensures continuous high precision. By its design, the cutting tool shank serves as the spindle shaft. As the result, the dynamic run-out is 4 microns or better. Bearings can easily be replaced by the customer with each cutting tool change.

The CNC video measurement system "NEXIV" can automatically measure the dimensions of component features using Nikon's world renowned optical and image processing technology. By analyzing the captured image of a component, detecting feature edges at high speed, both accurately and with repeatably, it is possible to quickly measure components with simple and complex features.

The ToolConnect barcode application uses a barcode scanner at the machine tool to scan the presetter generated barcode. ToolConnect reads and processes the barcode data, displays all tool and process information and then automatically updates the offsets to the correct fields in the control. No operator data entry is required.

The ZeroClamp Zerolox Zero Point Automation console is the only Zero Point product like it on the market today. It is superior both in repeatability and clamping force to single Zero Point workholding units having only 1 clamping stud with an orientation pin or slot.

The G550's unique machine concept includes a horizontal spindle position that permits the longest possible Z-travel path and optimum chip fall. The arrangement of the three linear axes offers maximum stability by minimizing the distance between the guides and the machining point (TCP).

Flexbar's Visorguard-LED™ system is water and coolant proof and installs in minutes on CNC mills, conventional mills, drill presses and more. The adjustable Flexbar® arm permits setting of the Visorguard shield at the correct height and angle for each setup, then locks rigid. The special wing-shaped shield flips up to load a part and down for machining.

Ideal for CNC lathe applications, BP's large through hole provides tremendous flexibility for virtually any application where a standard chuck is used including: O.D. and I.D. clamping, bar stock clamping and shaft clamping.

Users can now define a fixed contact point on the tool that enables the cone and cylinder to be used for deburring. This makes deburring an attractive option for chamfering because the cone and cylinder leave no imprint of the tool's profile. To ensure a uniform chamfer, the tool is not tilted.
