Compu-Lube is engineered using Tufoil® Technology. Solvent-free, Compu-Lube is a super low friction, low wear, low viscosity lubricant that uses very small PTFE particles to get between the finest working surfaces. It is suitable for plastic-on-plastic and plastic-on-metal as well as metal-on-metal contacts.

The DB131 Supreme micro pilot drill features a 150° point angle. Emulsion, oil or minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) can all be used as a coolant with these drills. The DB133 drills without internal coolant are available in a diameter range from 0.020-0.116 in. (0.5-2.95 mm).

Providing a better fit for the user, the BOLT™ Earmuffs are designed with an adjustable center mount, allowing the earmuff to swivel up and down to fit different head shapes and sizes. Engineered with a balanced wear design, the BOLT™ Earmuffs have a 360-degree rotational arm that pivots for multiple storage positions when not in use. The Earmuffs are constructed with pressure-reducing cushions in the cans of the earmuffs to provide comfort when worn for an extended period.

Quick release clamp fasteners help increase productivity by reducing set up times, eliminating errors in assembly and installation and simplifying procedures. Most specifically, these fasteners may be used in automation to attach conveyors, star wheels, guide plates, shooters, pushers, handling machine chucks, rotary blades and maintenance covers on machines, to name just a few applications. The clamps offer locating repeatability to +/- 0.1 mm.

As it is automated, reconstruction by Dual.Material CT is highly repeatable from component to component and does not require advanced knowledge of scanning techniques when inspecting assemblies comprising two materials of different densities. QC productivity is raised by enabling better visualization and more accurate definition of defects (on the surface or inside a component) in a fraction of the time taken by traditional CT image reconstruction. The high-speed scanning, and the fact that no manual data editing is required thanks to the new software and automated part handling, enables fast and automated quality control of dual material assemblies in a production environment, consistent with the requirements of Quality 4.0.

Endmills tipped with CBN, which is the second hardest material after diamond, are offered in sizes ranging from 6mm down to 0.1mm in diameter, with various configurations, from sharp corner, radius corner, ball, standard neck length and extended neck length. TOWA offers their CBN endmills in multi-flute configurations. By maintaining the same feed per flute, and increasing the number of flutes, cutting time is reduced, while profitability is increased. The CBN series of endmills, due to the hardness of the CBN, is an excellent choice for machining harden materials in the range of 55 to over 60 Rockwell "C".
