Made for large, heavy parts with complex dimensions and tolerances, FlexPoint 12-Series measures volumes up to 1200 x 3000 x 1000 mm. The VersaFlex multisensor head is a patented sensor array that offers up to three simultaneously available sensors on one articulating head: OGP SmartProbe fully telecentric optical video probe, SP25 scanning probe, and the interferometric laser TeleStar Probe.

SmartScope E7 features the brand-new fixed lens IntelliCentric optical system, a fully telecentric optical system that provides a super high-resolution image perfect for video edge detection. The digital zoom allows for instantaneous magnification changes, while the standard all-LED lighting system provides illumination from all angles.

ShapeGrabber 3D Laser Scanning systems are metrology-class machines that combine powerful laser and camera technology to capture up to 1.5 million data points per second. At the heart of each ShapeGrabber system is a high-resolution scanhead offering dynamic range that delivers fast and accurate measurement of parts in a wide variety of materials, colors, textures, and finishes.

Users of optical comparators and measuring microscopes and more will find this of particular interest as it meets the need for basic 2D metrology functions. The Q functions as an entry-level readout, providing the user with geometric feature construction, basic part view detail and data output via USB-C connection. This enables users to quickly gather the needed points, construct desired features, and export them easily over a modern interface.

The Digimar 817 CLT provides a variety of interfaces for saving measurement data. Data transfer is possible both wirelessly and by the new duplex cable via the proven MarConnect data management software. It also allows the transmission of a measuring device ID to ensure the traceability of all measurement results. For measurement reports, users can choose between complete representations in PDF format, sending individual measured values to a PC, Bluetooth printer or saving as a TXT file.

The unit control of the Connect.series range, with its compact size, has a large 10'' touch screen in tempered glass and pairs in just a few seconds to the marking head thanks to the RFID technology. It can connect to the network and exchange data with the information system (ERP, MES). Its intuitive software developped by Technomark make marking possible within 3 clicks.

The blue laser, paired with an intelligent measuring system, provides high-precision measurement of various tool parameters on cylindrical tools with diameters from one to 52 mm. Since it does not contact the surface, the Laser Contour Check avoids possible damage to cutting edges or measuring errors that can occur due to wear on the probe tip during tactile measurements.

The QV Pro Series features newly developed StrobeSnap vision measuring function that speeds up run time by approximately 35 to 45 percent regardless of measurement position or continuity while achieving higher throughput and high-precision measurements. Auto focus on the QV Pro Series is about 39 percent faster than previous models, which were already fastest in their class, without loss of accuracy.
