The engineered solutions offer three versatile mounting options. Direct-to-table uses t-slots, center pin and timing key, and is secured using t nuts and Socket Head Cap Screws (SHCS). QLS accurately locates and clamps the pyramid to a base element, such as subplates, using a combination of QLS shoulder screws and SHCS.

These new grades complement Walter's previously released WBH10C coated CBN and WBH10 and WBH20 CBN grade ideal for high temperature stability in hard metal turning. These inserts also have the option of chip breaker (TM-M2) for trouble shooting and wiper (MW2) for exceptional surface finish or higher feed and productivity.

TMAC 3.0 has been completely redesigned with an intuitive streamlined user-interface that offers numerous configurations for viewing tool monitoring and sensor data. The TMAC system processor now houses its own web server, making the HMI (human-machine interface) browser-based, which enables real-time monitoring from any network connected device.

Features a maximum measuring speed significantly faster than competitive CNCs. The combination of high speed and high acceleration dramatically reduces measuring time and cost. Users can set measuring paths for high speed scanning, 3D and active scanning of complex workpieces.

Rotary-dress diamond dressing rolls feature highest repetition accuracy at lowest dressing costs. Recommended for high-precision components such as bearing tracks, valves, gear wheels, turbine blades or turbochargers. Precision diamond dressing rolls HiTech rotary-dress are manufactured in the following versions, depending on the machining task.

The line provides positioning accuracy and repeatability of +/- 1µm. A thermal compensation system employs sensors on the machine faceplate and inside the spindle to minimize the effects of temperature changes on part accuracy and cut temperature-generated displacement by 60 percent. This system also reduces Z-axis thermal growth and deflection by 30 percent.

DrillMeister incorporates a unique self-locking interface that enables simple and secure drill head exchange. Since drill heads can be replaced without having to remove the drill body from the spindle tool setup time can significantly be reduced, eliminating presetting, offset, and touch off of the replaced tool.

MillQuadFeed is a new generation of high feed milling cutters, offering two options of insert geometries that cover various high feed milling application needs. Versatile ZER geometry generates light cutting load at great depths of cut, enabling increased cutting depths and reduced number of machining passes.
