SDMX Indexable Insert
There are two indexable insert sizes with facet—SDMX0904ZDR-E27 and SDMX1205ZDR-E27. The M4002 cutter provides a depth of cut of 1.5 or 2.0 mm and is available in diameters of 25-125 mm or 1-4 in. and is ideal for high-speed milling in steel and cast iron, stainless steel and materials with difficult cutting properties. And for demanding machining in mold and die making and general machining.
Pin Vises
Pin Vises have a small footprint, allowing room for more parts on a table resulting in increased throughput. Pin Vises are also lightweight making them ideal for automated applications where weight is a consideration.
M18 FUEL Grinders
Both grinders feature a RAPIDSTOP™ Brake for enhanced user safety, stopping most wheels in less than two seconds. The grinders are available with either a paddle switch, designed for increased comfort and ease-of-use when operating in various positions, or a slide switch, designed to reduce user fatigue. Tool-free guard adjustments provide faster guard installations and adjustments to keep users productive on the job.
TS 760 Touch Probe
The TS 760 probe offers extremely high accuracy (±1 µm) and homogeneous switching behavior over 360°. And for 3-D measurement, the feed rate/probing speed of 1 m/min is four times faster than other commercially available products that offer the same impressive repeatability of (2σ ≤ 0.25 µm).
AH3225 Insert Grade
AH3225 consists of the latest nano multi-layer coating technology with three major properties with excellent coating substrate adhesion for a high level of wear and fracture resistance. Integrating a dedicated carbide substrate with excellent thermal property provides the grade with increased thermal shock resistance and hardness reducing thermal crack generation on the cutting edge. This prevents unpredictable insert failure, significantly extending tool life and reliability for steel machining.
