In the latest version of the software, AutoMeasure version 13, two features have been added that allow even novice operators to extract the best performance from the systems. They reduce operational costs and raise productivity, leading to competitive advantage for a manufacturing company or inspection bureau.

ANCA has designed a special dental drill loading kit including tailored RoboMate pallets for FX machines using a Fanuc 200iD robot loader. The pallet top allows a reduction of the insertion depth of the shank with an 8mm pocket depth, so that drills with only 10mm of available shank length can be loaded.

The MP060 face milling cutter with a great number of teeth (z) between 10 and 22, and with diameters from 40 mm, can be used for roughing and finishing large surfaces and flat shoulders.

Like its predecessor, the new TNL12 features four tool carriers that can be applied to a workpiece simultaneously, albeit with significant changes to the machine's kinematics. While the front-working attachment and counter spindle were previously arranged on a single slide, they are now housed on separate slides.

The coarse pitch cutters retain a prominent feature of TungForce-Rec that provides maximum tool rigidity during demanding operations. In addition, flutes on the cutter body are designed with large chip space to promote smooth evacuation, preventing chips from clogging during operations.

With six machine sizes available, this series is capable of producing complicated shapes along with finer finishes, resulting in highly accurate workpieces. The heavy-duty slide rails, one-piece base casting and hardened wheelhead guideways create a solid, rigid machine structure that minimizes vibration, movement and displacement.

The High-Speed Spindle offers drilling depths of up to 20xD for shank sizes 3.0, 3.175 and 4.0mm, and offers a variable speed of up to 30,000 rpm. This allows for faster cycle times and longer tool life.

In a floor space of less than 2.3 sqaure meters (24.8 square feet), the cost-efficient HELITRONIC G 200 offers tool grinding at its best. Grinding and re-sharpening of rotationally symmetrical cutting tools ranging from 1 to 125mm (0.039" to 4.92") in diameter with a grinding wheel up to 150mm (5.91") is possible.

348 inserts added to stainless steel turning grade series of AH6225, AH6235, and T6215. AH6225 is a first-choice grade designed to provide excellent machining performance in general stainless steel turning operations, extending from continuous to light interrupted cuts. AH6235 is another PVD-coated grade that boasts exceptional fracture resistance.

The unit accommodates different height applications with an available 13 inches of stroke, 1,300 lbf. of thrust and spindle speeds of up to 3,000. Using an HSK style spindle adapter, operators can use a variety of HSK tool holders.
