The MC128 Advance boasts a wide diameter range of 1/4 -3/4 in. (2-25 mm) with a TiAIN coating for universal use. WJ30TF grade is available for ISO materials P, M, K, and S. The MC128 Advance is well suited for die and mold work as well as general metalworking. The MD128 Supreme provides 64% more tool life when compared to similar competitive cutters. It is a close pitch cutter providing maximum productivity thanks to more teeth, a longer cutting-edge length and material-specific grades.

The ECM 2400 encoders are available with EnDat 2.2 interface. In conjunction with a safe control, they can be used as single-encoder systems in applications with control category SIL 2 (as per EN 61508) and with Performance Level "d" (as per EN ISO 13849). The fault exclusion that is implemented in its design has been tested and is ensured under the specified operating conditions.

The Walter MD838 Supreme (conical version) has an effective radius of 250-1000 mm, a corner radius of 0.5 - 4.0 mm and is available in diameters of 6-16 mm. Walter also offers a version of this tool with ConeFit exchangeable head. The MD839 Supreme (tangential version) has an effective radius of 100 mm, a corner radius of 1-4 mm and in diameters of 6-16 mm. The two circle segment milling cutters are available both in the WJ30RD grade, for steel or cast iron materials, as well as in WJ30RA for ISO M and S.

The DDHM system is aimed primarily at customers in the tool and die-making industries. The focus is on machining carbide punches and dies efficiently. The tool system also offers significant advantages in other areas such as the medical and aerospace sectors, the automotive industry, and punching, forging and forming technology. The diamond tools enable shorter throughput times, high surface quality, lower overall costs, greater flexibility within the production process and longer tool life. The drills can be used for producing holes in solid material to a maximum depth of ten times the diameter. The CVD-D tipped drills have a two-edged design and are available in diameters ranging from 2 mm (0.079") to 10 mm (0.394"). All versions boast internal channels for cooling with air.

Cutting diameter sizes range from 1/8" to 1/2". Included angle options are 90° or 120°. The two-flute design is optimal when chip evacuation and increased chip per tooth are the priority. For harder materials, the fortified strength of the four-flute design performs best and allows for increased feed rates in hard materials. Items are stocked uncoated or AlTiN coated. AlTiN coating is highly recommended for longevity and high-speed applications.n

Maintaining climb and conventional machining is crucial for surface finish and tool life. Controlling Climb and Conventional Cutting for Morph, Parallel, Unified, Project Curve, and Flow toolpaths now provide constant control of climb or conventional cutting even while in complex areas that would require use of both sides of the tool.n

Designed for heavy-duty 5-axis machining and large, highly complex parts, the INTEGREX i-630V AG employs a powerful turning spindle with C-axis control and a rigid milling spindle with B-axis tilt of -30/+120 degrees, both of which are monitored via rotary axis scale feedback. During the All Axes LIVE event demonstration, the machine power skived a 35" diameter gear made from 4140 steel.

With diameters as small as 0.8 mm (0.0314 inches) and up to 20.0mm (0.7874 inches), single or double margin offering based on cutting diameter.

The unique TiAlN-Al2O3 multilayer coating system makes the WSP45G both hard and tough, and thus extremely resistant to abrasive wear and high temperatures, with controlled residual stresses and less flank wear, all boosting tool life. A special mechanical post-treatment improves hairline crack performance and protects the cutting edge from micro-spalling. The light gold-colored topcoat of the multilayer system makes it easier to detect wear and thereby improves process reliability. Unused cutting edges are reliably identified, making it possible to utilize the full potential of the indexable insert and further extending tool life.

Suitable for use on machines with limited power, the combination of new inserts and cutter delivers high metal removal rates with low cutting force and reduced chatter. It features positive axial and radial face angles for good cutting action and directing chips away from the work-piece. Available in a variety of diameters, the S450E performs well with fragile work pieces, unstable fixturing or preventing stainless steel work hardening.
