Pneumatic Shaft-Locking Clamps are designed for quick change applications. In the pneumatic version, when connected to air, the clamp allows clamping/unclamping in one operation. They are perfect for secure clamping of sliding shafts and for use on machines where many clamping or unclamping cycles are run, or for multi-clamping applications.

The #9629109 Heavy-Duty C-Clamp with a copper spindle from Palmgren has a throat depth of 3-7/8 inches, a spindle diameter of 15/16 inches, clamp pressure of 6900 lbs. and weighs 8.7 lbs.

TG GripSerts workholding inserts offer many advantages over traditional clamping systems. Their special triangular shape with a 5° tapering and teeth geometry combine to provide exceptional clamping stability with no need for pre-machining or dovetailing workpieces. They are designed to absorb and dampen vibrations, providing secure and stable holding at lower clamping forces which prevents deformation of the workpiece.

Introduced in early July, the REGO-FIX standardized MQL PG collets are designed for tool shanks according to DIN 69090-3 and available for HSK-A 63 and HSK-E 40 toolholders. They are designed for machines using one-channel, internal through-spindle MQL systems and are beneficial for virtually any machining application.

Fixtureworks nutrunner clamps provide mechanical clamping without the need for hydraulic piping. This simplifies fixture design and maintenance, shortens preparation time, and lowers costs. They are equipped with a hex head for automated clamping and unclamping. Spiral-acting swing clamps and block pull clamp types are both available.

The side clamps with clamping thread GN 9190.1 can be fastened to a machine table or fixture by T-slots for easy machining of workpieces. The clamping force of the rotary-mounted clamping jaws acts both laterally and from above to pull down on the workpiece and clamp it against fixed stops and the supporting surface.

The lineup includes receptacles that are designed to be threaded into a base with a stainless lock nut or in blind hole installation and used with PBLC pneumatic ball locking clamps.
