The Jorgensen FlexForce is a high-pressure coolant system for machine tools needing coolant supplied at 500-1000 PSIG for through-spindle coolant (TSC), available with a single or duplex bag filter and a chiller option. The system targets coolant directly at the cutting zone by breaking through the heat-generated vapor barrier created at the cutting tool and workpiece interface. TSC systems also offer better chip evacuation and more consistent temperature control for faster machine feeds and speeds.

PLASMA CUT is the perfect solution to keeping your table productive for long runs and less frequent clean outs.

A concentration of 0.5% VpCI-649 BD may be all that is needed to inhibit corrosion inside the tooling cooling water system. As time passes, this concentration may change as water is lost. Workers should therefore periodically monitor the water (e.g., by the molybdate tracer or refractometer) to make sure the right level of VpCI®-649 BD remains. Additional water or VpCI-649 BD can be added as needed to maintain the proper concentration of corrosion inhibitor for protection.

An onboard coolant reservoir continuously feeds FlexForce's high-pressure pump, and multiple electronic sensors monitor a variety of critical levels for lights-out operations. Automatic pressure regulators and machine-controlled dump valves, along with other fail-safes dramatically reduce or eliminate the risk of system damage.
