Tungaloy continuously expands the advantages of its AddMeisterDrill exchangeable-head drill solution into a smaller diameter range. Ten new DMC precision drill heads have been added to the line for diameters ranging from 4.0 mm (.157″) to 4.9 mm (.192″), expanding the entire range from 4.0 mm (.157″) up to 5.9 mm (.232″).

EMUGE-FRANKEN 1:16 Tapered Carbide End Mills work well in a full range of materials from aluminum, carbon steels, stainless steels, and exotic nickel alloys. They are made of a premium micro-grain carbide substrate with TIALN-T21 coating which resists heat, edge wear and chipping. Corner radii further prevent wear or chipping while prolonging tool life.

The POW•R•ARC cuts and finishes in one pass in hardened metals up to 62 HRc, aluminum, stainless steel, low carbon steel, and super alloys such as high nickel alloys, cobalt chrome and titanium. It's proven highly effective in both low-speed and high-speed machines, and it's ideal for use in 5-axis machines.
