In response to market demand, ISCAR is expanding the ECKI-H4R-CF chatter-free line of 2xD endmills. These endmills, designed specifically for high removal rate machining of titanium, are now available with a diameter of 1" and a variety of new corner radii. The larger diameter not only increases our market share but also enhances the suitability of the ECKI-H4R-CF for a wider range of applications.

ISCAR has expanded its ECKI-H4R-CF solid carbide endmill line with the addition of a 1" diameter and a broad range of new corner radii options. Specifically engineered for high-efficiency machining of titanium, these tools are optimized for full slotting operations up to 2xD.

The TiNox-Cut VAR end mills line from EMUGE-FRANKEN USA are application-specific for machining tough materials from stainless steel and titanium to Inconel and nickel alloys and other challenging applications, the company says. The high-performance VAR end mills line -- with VAR an acronym for versatile, American-made and reliable -- is offered in four end mill types for semi-roughing and finishing applications:

The SWS Rough Boring Head from Big Daishowa is suited for setups without a presetter. It features a twin-cutter boring head that allows for diameter adjustments without a tool measurement unit, which the company says makes setups faster and easier while maintaining a high level of precision.

Tungaloy has expanded its TungBoreMini multifunctional tool series. It is now available with a minimum bore diameter (DMIN) of 8mm (0.315") for use with TinyMini-Turn sleeves. It perform multiple operations including drilling, ID/OD turning, and face turning with a single tool.

Iscar expands the already tremendous flexibility of the Multi-Master system with NEW Solid Carbide Heads for Aluminum.
