Used for both enlarging or finishing holes from a castings core pin condition, a major advantage of the Star Cutter core drills is that they are proven to cut straight holes that correct shifts in a cored hole location, which can occur during the casting process.

The advanced design of YG-1's FM10 PNMU inserts separates the cutting edge and the wiper, resulting in 10 true cutting edges. The MonsterMill FRP CR has patent-pending geometry that delivers compression across the entire cutting length resulting in the prevention of projecting fibers, multiple use option, and economical programming of the machine.
