These three Duratomic grades feature innovations based on world-leading coating chemistry developments adapted to manufacturers' application needs. In addition to offering superior mechanical and thermal properties, this coating also provides the chrome-colored Used-Edge Detection technology, which makes every edge count and reduces potential waste.

Applied FLEX-TRED is resistant to motor oil, detergent, hydraulic oil, and UV. It will tolerate steam and detergent cleaning and is essentially unaffected by climactic exposure and mild acid or alkali exposure under normal conditions.

The mill is best suited to machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous material and materials with difficult cutting properties. This wide range of uses results in lower tooling and administrative costs, as does the fact that its 90° approach angle dramatically decreases the need for finishing operations.

DrillMeister incorporates a unique self-locking interface that enables simple and secure drill head exchange. Since drill heads can be replaced without having to remove the drill body from the spindle, tool setup time can significantly be reduced, eliminating presetting, offset, and touch-off of the replaced tool.

Small diameter gundrills have resulted in cost savings.

Designed for slotting operations between 4-12 mm and cutting-off operations from 4-8 mm, the 335.18 and 335.19 cutters are available in metric diameters ranging from 32 mm to 125 mm. Inch diameters range from 1.25" to 4" with widths from 0.156" to 0.50".

The DeHoff 3060 has a single spindle with a maximum boring capacity of 3 inches (76.2 mm) and a maximum boring depth of 60 inches (1524 mm). To meet the rigorous material removal requirements, the cutting tool is powered by a 40 horsepower spindle motor with a 4-speed gearbox.

The FaceMill-Diamond features an exceptionally high number of permanently brazed cutting edges for its diameter. The cutting edges are designed for a cutting depth of up to 10 mm. Furthermore, the robust tool body absorbs the vibrations generated during machining and prevents damage to the component surface.

Available in lengths of 6, 8, and 10 x Dc and boring bar diameters of 1.25, 1.50, and 2.00 in. (32, 40, and 50 mm) with additional sizes and lengths available on request. Capto C6, C8 connections along with HSK100T connections are also offered as standards.

The handpiece on the #9650004 utilizes an advanced high-performance oscillating unit and features a removable curled power cord for easy storage. The powerpack provides a wide range or operational frequencies. The tool comes with an optional finishing kit featuring a complete selection of diamond files and ceramic polishing stones.

Developed especially for the re-sharpening and production of rotationally symmetrical PCD tools, the Walter Helitronic Raptor Diamond is particularly well-suited for shops that do not require features such as automatic tool support systems or automatic grinding wheel/electrode changers, but still need a high degree of flexibility in the working area for diverse types of tools.
